shelk's tail stood on end shooked at the sudden apearence of the gunmen. "really a gunmen how is that fair" she sighed and unlouded a round of her shotgun at the approching gunmen the round probably would be inafective. she sighed and threw the shotgun back and took out her riffle the stronger weapon would stand a chance against this new development.

Kamina laughed at the beastmen's futile attempt to stop Gurren " Listen here beastmen Scum! You will never defeat the great Kamina!" he shouted finally charging the girl beastmen. Yoko walked up to Niro " Looks like you have met our fearless leader" she said smiling. " Yeah hes great!" Niro said excitedly. " Oh you haven't seen anything yet. The boy who pilots Lagann isn't here yet" she explained.

shelk was thrown aside on contact with the gunmen. she landed on her feet and fired a round at the 'great kamina'. realising her gun had little to no effect she looked around. and droped her gun raiseing her arms "to hell if im gonna die here. i surrender?". in truth she hadn't expected the sudden use of a gunmen and the capital hadn't equiped her for such. her orders were only to spy and report never to engage she had gotten cared away and forgotten them. and now she would pay the price for her ADD hopefully these guys took presoners.

Kamina looked down at the female beastmen " Just who the hell do you think I am!? Leave now and tell your leader that were coming for him!" Kamina said piloting Gurren back towards his camp.

shelks eyes widend a sigh of happeness. she picked up her guns and booked it out of the area. viral would be ticked that she had been so stupid but really it was better that she learned now. "what the hell was i even thinking viral's gonna be ticked".

Rumor smiled pointing his gun at Shelk from his sniping position. "Bye Bye now" he said pulling the trigger firing off three rapid shots at the girl.

Rumor pouted hefting his gun up to rest on his shoulder. "And I made it so that no one else will know where we are" he said coldly walking down to where the others were. "Our first and foremost thing to be thinking of is the safety of those that follow us and then it is to think about getting revenge or whatever it is you want" the boy said coldly leaving the human there.

shelk hit the ground when she had herd the first gunshot but had still taken a hit as a bullet grazed her sholder. she would focuse on it later but right now she had to get out of here. shelk keep't low to the ground and moved as fast as she could.
